Terms and Conditions
1. The on-site support option is only available between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays; unless otherwise agreed.
2. The on-site support option is only available in the Greater London area.
3. The on-site support option will last a maximum of 1.5 hours.
4. A remote session will last for a maximum of 2 hours; this cost is non-refundable regardless of the resolution of the given problem (i.e you are paying for the engineer’s time).
